Waiver

DeVry University Publicity Waiver and Release Disclosure

By choosing "yes" below, I grant to DeVry University, Inc. (“DeVry”), the right and permission to use my name and likeness, and provided testimonial or statements (written or oral) for use in DeVry’s promotional initiatives, including:

  • DeVry owned websites, marketing materials, social media, press materials, blog posts, presentations, emails, advertising, video assets

I also grant DeVry permission to:

(a) Use parts of my provided testimonial/statements without changing the foundational message of the provided testimonial/statements to create derivative works in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other photographs, images, recordings or testimonials/statements in the aforementioned locations;

(b) Use my title and employer in connection therewith if DeVry so chooses; and

(c) Copyright the same in the name of DeVry.

I understand that there will be no compensation for the permitted use of any statement or testimonial (written or oral), photographs, film, video or other images, or sound recordings taken of me by DeVry or of my name and/or title and employer.

By choosing "yes" below, I release and discharge DeVry, its successors from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of such photographs, film, video or other images, sound recordings or testimonial/statements, including but not limited to any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, emotional distress or any similar right.

Furthermore, I represent and warrant that any testimonial/statements given is original and does not infringe upon copyright or proprietary rights of another person or entity.

By choosing "yes" below, I waive any and all rights to such photographs, film, video or other images, sound recordings, or testimonial/statements and assign all such rights to DeVry.
