The Alumni Association does not handle degree verifications, diploma or transcript concerns.

For Degree Verification request, you must have a signed release from the student. For DeVry Online alumni only fax to: (630) 929-9713 and for Keller Online only alumni fax to: (630) 929-8508

For DeVry (alumni campus graduates) degree verification, diploma or transcript requests, you must contact the Registrar's office at the location you attended.

For DeVry Online diploma or transcript requests, you must go to the following link – http://help.devry.edu and type in the keyword "transcript". This will provide you with the transcript request form and the fax number/mailing address to send your request in. If you have questions regarding your transcript request, you can call 1-877-496-9050 (press option 3 to speak to an Advisor).

For Keller Graduate School of Management diploma or transcript requests, you must download a Keller Transcript Request Form – and fax to (630) 543-6269
