Why don't I receive mailings from the Alumni Association?
To offer the most current information to our alumni, the Association posts all pertinent information on this web site.
If I provide my contact information, can I change my mind and be removed from the mailing list?
The DeVry Alumni Association occasionally shares your address with DeVry departments organizing alumni receptions or promoting new degree programs, or with vendors offering special benefits. You may opt out of any mailings - just contact the Association and let us know.
How can I get in touch with former faculty members?
Alumni are always welcome to contact the school from which they graduated as well as to pay a visit in person.
What about class reunions?
Class reunions can be as formal as black tie dinners or as casual as potluck BBQs. Regardless of whether reunions are organized by the DeVry Alumni Association, a campus or a group of graduates, we need your current address to be sure your invitation finds you. As a graduate, how can I remain involved with DeVry?

Can the Alumni Association verify proof of my graduation?
Only the registrar can provide proof of graduation.
How can I get a copy of my transcript or diploma, or my final grades?
The registrar at the location from which you graduated issues transcripts and diplomas. Final grades are also available from the registrar. You may obtain a transcript request form from the registrar's office; forms may also be available on a local campus web site. Where can I find information on the Graduate Acceptance Statement and Microsoft's Exhibit 1? (This relates to recent graduates only)
As a graduating student, and under the terms of the DeVry Microsoft Campus Agreement 3.0, DeVry may issue to you Microsoft's Exhibit 1. This document transfers to you the right to use the following software permanently: FrontPage 2002, Office 2000 Professional, Project 2000, Visual Studio 6.0, Professional Edition, Visio Professional 2002, and Windows 2000 Professional. How do I get a copy of my diploma or transcript?
Diplomas and transcripts are issued by the Registrar of the campus from which you graduated. You may obtain a transcript request form from the Registrar's office, and some campuses have the forms online. The forms may be faxed, mailed or brought in. There is a transcript fee per transcript requested. Some campuses allow for a credit card to be charged, others require a check, cash or money order. Processing time is generally 2-5 days. NOTE: DeVry cannot accept e-mailed transcript requests because these requests require a signature for privacy considerations. Note also that transcripts cannot be released if there is a financial hold on your account.
